if you pay attention to him in the movie Bitter Sweet Motel - you can see the arrogance the man wreaks of - and to be honest, he's toning it down for the camera. in real life, he's definitely an ego maniac. the rest of the guys are cool though, especially fishman, completely down to earth and friendly with everyone.
