Philly festivals?

In order to get a good site at folk fest , you need to be there as early as possible. Non volunteering campers are aloud in on thursday aug. 16th at 10am i believe. You should be there by 9 at the latest though.

 

Hmm, I came on this thread hoping to find more festivals in the Philly area other than the Philly Folk Festival and all I found was bantering among fellow posters. Let's agree to disagree and decide to answer the question...lol...cause I was curious about other festivals other than the Philly festival...anyone know of any?

Nothing wrong with it, except for the fact that it's ridiculously expensive.

What is wrong with me wanting to know about more than just one folk festival? You're jumping to conclusions here. I never said anything was wrong with it! lol That's just the only one I know about and I prefer to go to one that doesn't cost so much...or anything at all preferrably!

 

next year Some Kind of Jam 3 is being held and it only costs $25 for 3 days and 3 nights.

 

It's free if you volunteer.

 

They have the Jam on the river at penns landing every year.
