I was never prescribed the .5's. I was first prescribed .25's, but that only lasted one week, because they didn't do shit for me. Then I was bumped up to 1mg four times per day, but that didn't do shit for my anxiety either, so I was bumped up to 2mg four times per day, but I was recently bumped up to 2mg three times per day and 4mg at bedtime, for a total of 10mg per day. I usually take 8-12mg at once though, because my tolerance is so high.

 

Bump for 10mg of alprazolam a few minutes ago.

 

And I just ate 2mg more.

 

1.5mg Xanax.

 

Bump for 11mg of alprazolam a few minutes ago. That's probably gonna be the extent of my Thanksgiving food, because my tongue hurts like a bitch. I think I bit it when I had that seizure and now it's difficult enough to swallow some bars. It'll be even more difficult to swallow any actual food. lol Such shitty timing.

 

And another 2mg approximately 30 minutes ago.

Bump for 6mg of alprazolam a few minutes ago. I'm trying to lower my tolerance a bit. Tomorrow, I'll probably just eat 4mg. Sunday, I may or may not go back up to 10mg. Not sure yet.

 

TNS, I haven't spoke to you in a while. I see you had a seizure but haven't scrolled through the pages to read the details.
Was the seizure caused by your reduction in benzo consumption? I've had 3 or 4 seizures in my life. Tore up my tongue every time. I was never going through w/ds of any kind though. Is your body sore? Mine was always in PAIN for days. Every muscle in your body hurts caused they all seize up, y'know?

There was a little soreness in my muscles, but nothing major. My tongue is fucked though. lol And yes, I'm pretty sure the seizure was caused by benzo withdrawal, combined with some sleep deprivation.

 

lol My lack of self-control got the better of me. Gobbled down 12mg of alprazolam a few minutes ago. Tomorrow, I shall limit myself to 4-6mg. I think I'm gonna have to start alternating and taking a relatively small amount every other day, just to keep the withdrawals at bay, and 10-14mg on the other days, with maybe 2 days in a row, here and there, where I take a minimal amount.

 

Not to sound like a dick, but, why not just take them as prescribed? then cut the "every 4 hour" dose in half? Have you asked about the XR's?

 

I don't have insurance, so I wouldn't be able to afford the XR's. I have considered getting clonazepam though, since it lasts longer.

I definitely gotta get my tolerance to drop by xmas though, because I'm gonna have to be around a lot of family members I'm not comfortable being around. lol I hate that shit.

Also.........bump. My plan to eat only 4-6mg today went down the toilet and I ate 12mg of alprazolam approximately 15 minutes ago. Unlike yesterday though, when I also ate 12mg, I actually feel the effects tonight. Go figure. lol

 

Nah fuck the XRs. Donny is right, take em as prescribed, and lower your daily dose, you arent getting anywhere close to the relief you would get if you just actually started taking lower doses. I mean talking about it is easy. I have struggled with opiate dependence, relating to anxiety disorders as well, yeah shooting some dope would be nice daily, but it is killing me. TNS, you should really cut back, i love ya man, youd get more relief/help from your meds if you took less, over time.

 

Funny you should mention that, because I've only taken 6mg today. I ate 4mg a few hours ago, then I ate another 2mg exactly 14 minutes ago, and I'm not gonna take any more until tomorrow.

 

Nice good work my main mane.lol. Tomorrow only eat 8. Then next day maybe only 6 again or 8 again. You know, a little back and forth a bar here or there until you can go say 4 days with only taking 6 or 8 a day. Save up the others, and then do some work and make those items work for you and miss Mary.

 

Good for you bro. The first step is the hardest. Thats what I love about my kpins. I take them all at night and don't crave/need them for at least 24 hours. The high sucks though, but its a helluva good anxiety medication. Just not very recreational IMO. Xanax is the only benzo with good recreation potential imo. But I love where im at with my medicine. Im hear with one eye open trying to focus my vision on suboxone and my kpins. And cigarettes....

So yeah, bump for 3 mg kpins and 6 mg of subs.

I've taken 2 mg 3 different ways tonight:
Snorting a liquid solution (Yuck :sick2
Sublingual (WEAK)
and cutting the strip into tiny pieces and snorting that followed by a heavy spray of saline (by far the best method of ingestion.)

 

Ate 10mg of alprazolam approximately 30 minutes ago.
