Pharm Bump

being on lorazepam sucks when you have things to do- I've been wanting to lay down since 6pm. Now I can relax..ahhhh

 

ive only ever ha xanex and valum. lorazepam comparable to either?i never hear about those either lol

 

yeah it's similar. 1mg lorazepam (ativan) is approx equivalent to 10mg Valium or 0.5mg Xanax.

 

It's pretty nice. I was calm all evening and had a great sleep last night! I heard the w/d sucksss so I'm not doing it everyday.

 

Bump for ~280mg of codeine, and maybe around 150mg caffeine. Thank the gods for AC&Cs!

 

ive always though v's suck,so prob would feel the same about adivan. yeah w/d ive heard sucks bad.i know when i come off a bender i feel nuts till i either do more or get over the hump lol. ac and c's?i need some pharms dammit lol

 

This guy at this party last night was just handing out green valiums and somas witch I gladly accepted and took afterwords we were also playin beer pong and befor this going to this party I had also consumed about 4 grams of my vary own grown mushrooms.

Had an annoying day so this is my lorazepam zoning out night.

 

took a concerta. this one was only 18mgs so I'm not expecting much. feel a bit more alert but nothing more than what an extra cup of coffee could do for me.

 

I am now prescribed 15 mg of Adderall IR three times a day (from 10 mg three times a day), so here is what is on the menu today:

8:30 am - 15 mg Adderall IR oral
12:00 pm - 15 mg Adderall IR oral
2:00 pm - 2.5 mg Suboxone Film
4:00 pm - 15 mg Adderall IR oral

I won't have to resort to ripping holes in my nasal septum anymore now that I have an adequate dose of Adderall to take orally.

 

does taking it at 4pm ever keep you up later than you want? I know you take (took?) a benzo at night so I guess that would help anyway.

 

actually feeling the concerta more now. I've got 2 left and I'll probably just take them both at once tomorrow.

 

I usually still go to sleep around 9:30 pm with no problems. The Zyprexa and Klonopin are so sedating that I can be strung out like crazy on Adderall and return to sedation in less than an hour.

 

One good thing about having 15 mg Adderalls now, is that if I do indeed want to insufflate them, I only run the risk of being detected by a few people since the pills are a tan/orange color. The 10 mg tabs were blue. Now, blue shit in your nostrils is far more noticeable and unusual than tan shit which is nearly my skin tone anyways haha.

It is easier said than done, however. Adderall pills are WAY bigger than the actual size of the actual amphetamine ingredient is. That is, it is mostly filler. So, just one pill, while delivering only a modest high, can require you to do four chunky lines of the stuff.

Now, you are right in that it really is as simple as. "getting it all up in there." however, in certain situations, usually when trying to sneak it, like in the stall of a toilet in a bar, you can't operate with the same precision as when you are home and have a five foot in diameter glass coffee table to use (yes, I literally have a 1980s style, cocaine snorting approved all glass table...).

That is why I am glad the doctor gave me the higher dose. I only snort it because I need the drug to work better, but with a higher dose, the oral administration is plent sufficient to allow me to focus, concentrate, and be motivated to actually do things.

True. I've done pills at school before in the morning, had to wait for the handicapped bathroom so I could crush the pill on the side of the sink (one time some fell IN the sink and I facepalmed) and I made sure I sniffed a hundred times and checked the mirror before I left the bathroom. lol
