I think you missed my point here. Many folks claim to be Christian and so the world as a whole indentifies them as Christians. However their actions(fruits) show that they aren't who they claim to be. GW Bush is a great example. He claims to be a Christian but his actions speak far louder than his words. Just because a person says I'm a Christian till they are blue in the face doesn't maek them a Christian. I Cornithians 13 says that Christian should have love. If you go by what the Bible says love comes from God. If a person truly has love for God and love for their fellow human being they act accordingly. If a person has love they won't start wars,lie about enemies or political opponents etc... If a person has a true relationship with God their heart will be changed. If a person's heart is changed then their outward behaviour will change.

 

Only when they are burning in hell, will people realize what complete Imbeciles they have become. The fires of Hell will bring them back to sanity. Yet it will be to late. They will curse themselves for all eternity. Theses are the living damned. They wait for their bodies to perish, so they can begin their hopeless lives in the fire that will not end. They imbraced evil in this life, and despise good, they shall all go to their reward. It was Jesus who said, 'How shall they neglect so great a salvation?'

 

I guess the tree of christianity can have many fruits - both perfectly ripe, and bitterly rotten. But they all come together to make an example for the religion, and you can't ignore those rotten fruits.

Maybe you should prune them right off the branches. =P

You hope this is true, because you've missed the point of your religion, and use it to feel superior as well as to see people who disagree with you get punished.

Pretty evil if you ask me...of course, I've always been able to tell that you have mental problems. so maybe I can forgive you for being a vindictive and hateful person who feels alienated by a world he can't hardly survive in.

Yeah. I embrace good. I like it. It gets all ooey gooey every once in a while, and sometimes it smells like a fart, and sometimes it stubs my toe. Sometimes it jokes with me and calls me evil, sometimes I am dumb enough to believe it, but it always leads me back to it.

 

Yeah, and squeeze the juice from them and drink it. Duhh. I like ripe and rotten fruit, although unrotten grapes turn my stomach. For some reason, eating unrotten grapes makes my stomach all icky, so I let 'em rot and then drink em. Like campbell34. He's a good rotten grape. Thank god that one rotten grape can spoil the whole bunch. Ahhhh. The winepress of God's wrath gives me lotsa jesus juice to drink.

Edited to add: sometimes you gotta let the grapes go completely through the rotting process, and only God knows when they are rotted perfectly for us to drink. You guys seem pretty good to me, but, as many people will tell you, I've been around for a long long time, and am a man of wealth and taste.

 

There will be no rotten fruits in heaven, God will only accept those without blemish. The rotten fruit may make an example for religion, but religion is of man. Jesus said that at the judgement many would come before Him and say Lord Lord have we not done many wonderful things in your name and Jesus will say to them, depart from Me I never knew you. The people Jesus will send away are the rotten fruit. And they are not Christians.

 

Kharakov, don't waste your life, find Christ while you still have time, all of us are only a heart beat away from God. And unless we know Him as our Lord we are only a heart beat away from Hell. I have heard Demons speak of their fear of Hell. It is a real place.

I knew this thread would become a debate about God, His existance, Hell.. etc.

It's rather silly if you ask me, because at the end of the day, NO ONE'S mind will have changed about their beliefs.. or lack thereof. In other words, you WONT make an unbeliever believe and the believer stray from their beliefs. So It's just a bottomless argument.

Also, wiping your ass with the Bible is blatant disrespect for other religions (in this case christianity). I find that to be repulsive. If you don't believe,that's fine.. but you don't have to go and be a dick about it. No one is forcing you to embrace any religion. It's all your choice. So don't force that disgusting image of shit on a Bible upon anyone that believes in God. That's just childish...so PLEASE for your own sake, grow up.

 

No it isn't. I learn from others and they learn from me. If we didn't we wouldn't argue and participate in these discussions.

God, you take everything so seriously. Like, I think fart and poop jokes are great. They are, you know. They are actually pretty awesome if you think about them. Especially telling them to my mom, who says that they are completely disgusting and boyishly immature. Thank God I am mature now, and can truly appreciate fart and poo jokes.

I find it dangerous when a particular group thinks they are above another.

I also think that life is far too complex to simply be as it says in the bible, that seems far to restrictive for me.
Why would a god, who is meant to be way above us, care if we don't live by a book? it seems too petty and narrow for a god to do such a thing, why would a god be so choosy and discriminative?

Every other religion claims that their way is the right way, it is a pretty arrogant way to think.

Debating these things never has much point really, both parties won't change their beliefs. I know I won't, not that I think my beliefs are the ultimate truth.

 

i heard a story of a guy who was in jail who used the pages of the Bible to roll cigarettes, until one day while he was rolling, some of the words got his attention, and he read the whole page and it actually made sense to him.
so next time you wipe your ass with a Bible page, be sure to at least read it first. You might actually see how cool it is.

 

i wipe my ass with charmin double rolls. sometimes if it was a nasty shite i will use a baby wipe so as to stay fresh throughout the day. i recommend shitting right before showering as to avoid that whole dilema to begin with. there is nothing like a fresh ass. especially here in florida where you sweat alot due to humidity. nobody wants to smell your sweaty ass stank regardless how you feel about the bible

Only the Bible writes history before it happens, no other world religion can make this claim. And only God knows the future. Before Christ came to this world there were 300 prophecies in the Old Testament that fortold of His coming.

 

Only the Bible? Well, thats just dead wrong. There are few religions that do not predict the future, and the Hopi First Nations prophecies, imho, are far more accurate.
300? twenty years ago the number was 70. You mean to say that in 2000 years they found 70, and then since 1980 they found 200+ more? Somehow it doesnt add up for me.
Only God knows the future. Well, if there is a God you may actually be right. Just one question. How do you know? Maybe archangel Michael knows some too.
