Yes very , very good point.
I mean I'm not saying that people should live in wigwams and wear hemp clothes to post here , but I am gobsmacked sometimes.

People should atleast respect the spirit and ethos of what the place was intended to be.

The overwhelming majority of people here are cool.Many are lovely people.
But it only takes one vile maladjust to bring it down.

It should be hippy focussed , even if people arent hippies , IMO

The forum was intended to be a free speech forum. Free speech encompasses everybody.

 

Yeah but I think its also about being chilled , peaceful , open minded about nature and stuff.Outside the materialist world.

I couldnt live on a hippy commune.But I chat to some people here who have.
They're like a real breathe of fresh air.I feel relaxed and happier after feeling how warm they are.

At uni I wouldnt really come in contact with many true hippies after year one.
So it was good to understand that viewpoint.

 

If everybody here was a typical commune-living hippie, this place would be soooo boring, though. And honestly, everybody I've run into here that get shit for being assholes or whatever...they're just being real. And that's what I think keeps the people here that it does, the people here are real.

 

All the hippy haters in here are deeply repressed homosexuals.
