Really depends on the age of the girl. We only know she was young but that could be 6 or 16, a big difference in needing to get the police involved.

Which in some ways is a great pity. Dogs (and rabbits and other animals) may be coprophages but they don't start wars, screw up the environment or get messed up by someone telling them how to behave.

As for the "sexual predator" comment, there is no jurisdiction I know of where he committed an offence by chastising a person for peeing in public if he observed her by chance. Dumb, maybe, but sexual predator? No.

Go to any town centre on a Friday and Saturday night, its like a huge pee fest and in some cases a dumpathon.

 

Pissing in public is more a male thing and a drunken male thing.

 

I beg to differ on that. Maybe 20 years ago but I think now women are equal to men on all aspects of behaviour. come to Britain and see for yourself.

 

You are right about there not necessarily being a connection with drinking with males pissing in public today: when I was at university this was invariably the case I can only recall a couple of examples concerning women and in a bohemian situation, but a lot more concerning males. Where in the UK and what circumstances.

legally, guys can't do it just anywhere and girls can't do it just anywhere.

physically, both can do it pretty much anywhere, although by nature it takes a bit more effort for girls.
