This just doesn't make sense to me (and if you think I'm a suspicious skeptic, oh fucking well ) : Some groups of people think it's stupid to believe in the whole Jesus thing...yet other groups of people think it's stupid NOT to believe in the whole Jesus thing. Who's really right & who's really wrong? Beats me... but we shouldn't have to call each other stupid in order to prove something.

and as for "christian records".. what christian records? christianity wasnt around yet, thus there were no christians. the people who wrote the new testament were the only people who could be considered christians, and they could have easily made him up if this is your case. as for jewish records, id like to see proof. and if theyre talking about black magik then it probaly was just a small sect writing on him. the only records i recall were roman ones, about the crucifixion, along with many others of course, of jesus (of nazarath i think, although there could be other jesus' of nazarath anyway, and also as blackguard has pointed out it was about 600years early for nazarath or something..) Although if you want to believe roman records i think youll also find that it said he was taken down before he died.. or something like that.

as far as im concerned, the passion was the biggest spreader of anti-semitism ive ever seen, and the only people ive ever met who liked the movie were christian.

 

christains have terrible taste in clothing, music, and movies, so I would never take anything they have to say about taste seriously.

They used to have some style, look at the art of the rennaisance etc.

but now the pray in boxy ugly churches of cheap materials

 

yeah it was mUCH worse than that, i saw it, and i don't want to see it again.
i'm glad i've seen it though, it made me think a lot. it's kinda like, it really showed me how terrible cruxifiction is, before that it was almost like it was just a story. after it finished, the cinema audience sat there for 10 minutes in silence, jus no-one said anything. no-one needed to.

Jesus was the son of God. The one and only God, Lord of all that is. Jesus died, and ascended to heaven and will return to cast judgement on humanity. Those who find salvation though the Catholic church, though the body and blood of Jesus Christ will be saved.

No, the bible says that salvation is though the one and only church of Jesus Christ. Though his body, his blood and though faith and works. The Catholic chuch though only is there salvation

 

Why when someone wants to have a discussion about God, Religion, Christianity with like minded folks do these people who dont believe have to come in and stomp on there beliefs? Hatred is ugly! The freaks really come out when religion or politics are discussed

I do it to expose the hypocrisy, exclusivity, and closed mindedness of many of the alleged Christians in this forum, it works every single time too, alleged Christians going exaclty as low as I lead them.
