We live vastly different lives. I live in an apartment building in a small city surrounded by rural. My only children are one indoor cat and one dog who goes with me just about everywhere I go. My dog is medicated to prevent heartworm and repel fleas, ticks etc. Our walks are mostly at local parks or the cemetery. We had a mild winter and early spring/summer and so have a huge bug problem this year but I do not have any of them in my apartment. I don't like bugs crawling on me either but I take care of them as I see them. It really is the bare minimum. My animals are a big part of my life. Even if I had a yard or garage I would have my animals living indoors. But that is just me. I can't speak to the meat issue as I am mostly vegetarian.
I truly agree with you... I see all these kids i grew up around that lived in town and allergic to everything them and their siblings and they were sheltered from dirt and being dirty.. I grew up in the country and i was always rolling around in some kind of dirt or mud, climbing trees my brothers and i even had cow patty fights!! We always got our baths at the end of the day but im just making a point that i completly agree with this statement.. a tad comparison + rep for you
Sums Up My Childhood Perfectly.... We Only Had One Milking Cow, But She Excelled Herself When It Came Down To Pats.... No Words Can Describe The Feeling Of Stepping Barefoot Into A Steaming Hot Turd On A Frosty Morning...:2thumbsup:. Cheers Glen.
LOL! You never fail to make me laugh Glen Glen.. I lived in a deer ranch but we had a entire heard of cattles.. And boy you sure are right!!! The way the patty just squishes between your toes.... and when we had our cow patty fights my mom would just throw the waterhose over the tree and make us shower outside one at a time ..
I wasnt paranoid until I read this thread! I need to wash my hands...help I need to scrub everything!!:dizzy2:
I have eaten a piece of raw fish with little worms crawling on it and it was still yum. I have eaten a wild rabbit raw with lots of worms in his little tummy! haha was a very cute one thats for sure, but no i do not discriminate against worms. I like meat ,even when its wiggling around with dance parties of parasites.
Dear Madesh, You Appear To Have Omitted An "eek", Please Allow Me To Add It In Your Name. >>>... Cheers Glen.
