I assure you Chicago isn't even half as bad as San Francisco

yep san fran has to be among the worst i have seen

if it wern't for downtown Los Angeles, there is nothing else like that in the US, rows of boxes along the streets with people living in them, sometimes it has kind of a carnival feel to it, with people playing radios and setting up the box houses

its mostly abandoned down there, so its pretty cinematic, like sci fi at night with freaks shooting up car battery acid etc

 

um... wouldn't injecting sulfuric acid be fatal?

anyway, it's hard but there's only so much I'm ever able to do, I need my cash to eat so I just can't give it out...

 

True, Wheels, I'm the same way.

It's rather sad that there's such a high population of homeless folks in any city, it doesn't matter where you go. You'd think with all the taxes that we pay, stuff like homelessness would be taken care of or dealt with a bit better, at least.
