pads all the way [IMG] tampons seem to hurt for me [IMG] I guess I have no clue what I'm doing with them. I only try and wear one, if I'm camping in the summer time and have to wash up in the lake then I would wear one

What the heck is a menstrual cap???

Both here. Tampons can be kinda uncomfy. But then, pads can feel awkward if they're not sticking to your undies right.

I think they mean "cup". It's like a soft rubbery thing. I've heard people love them. Personally, I use cloth pads.

    I use cloth pads too.

Both shop bought tampons and pads just irritate me to no end.

I have found using Gentle Glide tampons are so easy to use that's what I use. Sometimes if I have a heavy flow I'll use both to make sure there are no leaks. But sometimes the pads give me a rash so I just use tampons most of the time.

tampons are bad for the environment and are made of bleached chemical treated paper and cotton. pads are gross and feel and look like diapers. cups are the way to go, environmentally friendly, safe, and pay for themselves in the long term.

Neither, haven't needed to use anything for years. I have two to three days of spotting and it's gone. People find it hard to believe but then again they found it hard to believe how bad it was when I was a teen too. Man it was bad. Now in my adult years I don't even worry about wearing undies during it, it's great because I hate wearing them too.
I saw one of those cup things, my friend was explaining it to me one day because she used them, so she showed me one, they look weird and I can't see me using something like that but she said she loved them.

I hate pads. They're horrible. Sometimes, tampons make me paranoid, too. I worry about TSS, even though the risk is extremely low. I want to try a cup but they're quite expensive and a lot of people don't like them. /complaints.

Both. I used to rely on tampons more, now I rely on pads more.

Diva Cup! :punk: The rest is just gross, not environment friendly and costs way too much for my own taste.
