The producers use that tactic on guests, such as telling a guy he'll be meeting his secret lover who worshiped him from afar then bringing out a gay man on the stage for him. (that stunt led to a humiliated guest murdering a gay person who were both on a trash talk show together many years ago).

chimps are not mean in general but they can be when you try to do something to them they dont like like in this instance when they were trying to getin back in the cage. exotic animals are not pets. I am sorry but her friend who owned the chimp is responsible , she shouldnt own and should not have an friend help her with him when they both have no exotic animal experience. It disgusts me when people have these animals as pets and then expect me to feel bad when they get hurt. Yes it sucks she got hurt, but good grief how many timesdo I have to hear the animal was evil blah blah, blah, maybe people should treat wild animals with respect and not have them as pets. Chimps are not pets. I feel sorry for her, but am disgusted with her friend who owned the chimp.

PONTIAC, Mich., Sept. 14— A man who fatally shot a gay acquaintance who had revealed a crush on him during a taping of the ''Jenny Jones Show'' was sentenced today to 25 to 50 years in prison.

The defendant, Jonathan Schmitz, trembled as Judge Wendy Potts of Oakland County Circuit Court sentenced him for the 1995 shotgun slaying of Scott Amedure.

Mr. Schmitz, 28, got the same sentence in 1996, but it was based on a conviction that was overturned on appeal. He remained in prison while he was tried and convicted again, on Aug. 26, of second-degree murder in the slaying of Mr. Amedure, who had appeared with him on a March 1995 taping of the talk show."

i saw a doco about chimps where a gang from one group attacked another one cos they wanted their land as well as their own (there was plenty of food on their own land) so they beat most of the enemy chimps to death and then after they won they sat there and ATE the dead chimps.
