anyway back to the original thread ive been using opiates fairly consistently over the past 6 weeks. hydros, oxys, opanas, and MS Contin. ive been bingeing on opana for the last week or so and i have a growing tolerance/its not making me feel so good. so ive decided to stop and try these methods for detox. ive got three 30mg MS Contin left to help taper me through the first couple days. im gonna try to stay clean of opiates for the next 6 weeks. im going to visit a friend then and i want my tolerance to be down enough where i can enjoy some oxys. anyway i dont expect my WDs to be too severe like heroin but it will be a test of my will because i still have some opanas. wish me luck!

well i failed miserably. im just going to sell the rest of my stash to a buddy. i wont be able to stop if i just have it sitting there. far too tempting. also i wasnt able to find the immodium* AD. psh sack n' save is lame

 

Mad props China, Im sure this post has helped people and will deff. continue to help people. I wont reiterate what you said except for the Immodium because that shit saved my life, especially the liquid, when I was kicking the daily habit. I am gonna lay out a weening schedule that helped me in a new post very soon.

 

Yo, What's up my Philly Brother? Don't get me wrong, Immodium helped me a great amount, but only so that my shit didn't flow out me like water... Other people have said it helps with your stomache all together? Is this what you mean or are you also just talking about the diahreea(sp?)?

 

Ahhh withdrawal. AKA the realization that drug use is a suckers game and that everything evens out eventually! Not worth the short-lived bliss to go through hell. And hell it is.

eagles06, immodium really helped me out with the stomache also. after i stopped for a while my stomach was so messed up i was even going as far as using gas x. the relief fram the flash flood mud puddles (haha) was the best but it helped me all around.

 

Aside from the "stomach issues," the worst part of WD's is the restless leg thing, I can't sleep for crap with that, and diphenhydramine (sp) doesn't work for me AT ALL to get to sleep. I absolutely HATE wd, HATE it I tell you, so I try to avoid it at all costs.

 

hmmm i never experience diahrea when im going through opiate WD. the symptoms that really get me are nausea and depression. body aches suck too but are manageable.

 

How can you POSSIBLY avoid diarrhea during WD? I mean, aside from consuming an entire box of Imodium AD with your last whatever?
