Obviously I'm a bit biased on this subject since I'm gay but I am truely interested in why you feel like this. It's OK to feel uncomfortable around gay people, I feel extremely undercomfortable at big gay events, especially when people throw their sexuality in your face.

What are you referring to as in wanting too much? Marriage? I think that marriage is defined as man and woman, but gays and people who choose not to marry ("common law marriages") should have the same rights like visitation and decision making when their partner is in the hospital, tax stuff and every other little thing straight couples have yet take for granted.

How does feeling uncomfortable make you a criminal? Its absolutely 100 percent fine to be uncomfortable, especially because gays arn't the norm. It's only not ok when violence enters the picture, but violence is not ok regardless of the persons sexuality/race/whatever.

Sorry if this is long winded, I'm not trying to change your feelings on the topic. I'm really trying to understand why people hate homosexuals so I can better understand when my friends are beaten after leaving a bar, or I'm told I'm "a fucking dyke" or that I'm going to hell by total strangers and my own family.

 

I dislike ignorant little children with no pubic hair on internet forums spouting hate filled shit about people or things they have no real experience with (gay people, people with different coloured skin etc). It sounds pathetic when arguments can't be backed up and they just repeat the same old tired cliches with no grounding in experience, only what other people tell them to think.

People who are unwilling to learn: Everyone has something to teach and and everyone has something to learn. If you live your life walking around convinced that you're right 24/7 and everyone else is wrong you'll die ignorant.

Unnecessary car journeys: Walk or ride a bike you lazy fkers. Or take a bus.

What passes for 'food' these days: microwaves, ready meals, food pumped with cancer causing chemicals and preservatives made soley for profit and with no care or love put into it.

i dont see why expressing your oppinion is such a big deal, like how someone says something offensive and straight away its a crime, no one is forcing them to listen to it, and its theyre choice to be that so its no one elses fault.

Of course. I really don't think racism or sexism or anything has lessened much over time, people are just afraid to speak how they feel people they will be attacked. I think being far left is just as bad as being far right.

People feel what they feel. If I were to attack someone for disliking gays is just the same as someone attacking me for being gay. People are going to believe what they want, and the only way to change that is showing they that yes there are sucessful black people, yes there are gay men that blend into the rest of society and arn't flamboyant. Flaming others for their beliefs is wrong, regardless of what they believe.

But how can someone's skin colour define whether you like them or not? That's as dumb as saying you don't like someone because of the brand of shoes they're wearing or the colour of their hair.

Only last night me and my friend were sitting on a bench in town, drinking a bottle of wine when a matey comes over and we thought 'here we go'. Big hench black guy, cap, chain, all the gear, looked like a proper rudeboy and we (prejudgingly) thought he was going to come over on the blag. Asks if he can sit with us, we say yeah, he pulls out a big spliff then we end up hanging out with him for like 2 hours. Talking philosophy, politics, women, life whatever. He came here from Somalia 15 years ago, speaks perfect english, went to school here, had seen wars, had his house blown up, all sorts of mad shit. Now if I'd seen him walking down the street I would have thought he was a bit sketchy, I've been conditioned to be like that. Fact of the matter is he was more tolerant and understanding than a lot of 'hippies' I know. You're seriously not going to like him?, such a nice guy, just because of the colour of his skin then you're in need of help.

Mate, when you turn 18 sign up with VSO and go and do 6 months digging a well voluntarily in Uganda then come back and tell me you don't like black people. You have no clue and I can excuse that, you're young, you'll learn but seriously dude that kind of thinking is not on. I'm not trying to be the PC brigade here it's just simple fact.

 

not all, because ion everything there are exceptions. but you see i make my mind up about majority, so say 80% of pitbulls were fucked in the head, 10% werent sure and 10% was fine, i would still say that im afraid and hate pitbuls because theyre fucked in the head.

i hate how many of them dont have jobs and just stay on benefits with like 3 kids spending the money my mum pays and i will have to pay when im older.

I hate people who claim that black people/gay people/ any kind of person "demand too much". What is too much? We're alive and we all have the right to live freely and happily without restraints no matter the colour of our skin or who we find attractive.

I hate people who dont like people because of who they find attractive.

Have you had to try to help farmers stop using child labour when their crops are failing already? Have you seen people's lives completely destroyed because the people in the next village have a different religion? Have you seen kids YOUR AGE with assault rifles roaming in gangs?? Have you seen children who's only entertainment is sifting through piles of rubbish and seeing what they can find?

I don't hate anyone or anything. I believe that harboring hatred is like drinking poison every day and hoping someone else would die. I love how different people are. Even the ridiculously self-absorbed people...they are like a form of entertainment.
