seriously - be clear with her. If that's what it takes, point out that you are 19 and that you won't date anybody under 18 and that you are not intersted in dating anybody under 18. sticking to numbers can seperate it from anything personal (like how this little girl is creeping you out) Also, avoid being alone around her. Is there a girl your age who you could have around when you have this conversation? The other person can help you, be a back up. It might be good to have a girl your age point out to her that it's not cool for her to be acting the way she is towards you. If I were in your shoes I would really avoid being alone around this girl
