The CBD is ridiculous. We would not want sick people to have medicine would we? The DEA is simply not qualified to make the assessment as to it's safety. That is the realm of doctors not people police men but somewhere along the way the DEA became more powerful than a doctor. It's a corupt origination that needs weed to justify it's funding.

It's the most commonly used drug and it smells. Both of which make it easy to find. And when you find the weed you often find dealers of the other drugs. Without it the job is much harder and less employees are needed.

took me over 8 hours to get to my parents place, should have been 4, maybe 4.5. brutal. just me and the kid too, but luckily she was really good in the car and didn't start to get pissed off until the end.

i did, however, have to listen to the same raffi cd on repeat the whole time to keep her happy. worth it, i guess.

 

so the recommendations from our federal government's taskforce on marijuana legalization were to not sell to anyone under 18, try to avoid selling in places that also sell alcohol or tobacco when possible, allow up to 30 grams for 'public possession', and allow people to grow 4 plants up to one metre tall. they also recommended that the government fund research on the effects of cannabis on driving so that they can figure out the best way to deal with that.

that doesn't mean that the government will do everything that they recommend, but i really hope that they go ahead with allowing us to grow out own. i would love to just be able to have four plants out in my backyard during the summer.

it will be really weird to see a cop while driving and not have to think about whether i have weed in the car and where it is stashed.

 

i could not drive those types distances in winter.. I wish I still had my country house now I have a super good job,. but Id need to drive some nut shit for 60minutes on a good day, maybe 2 hours or more on a bad day.. But it would be nice I had this house and the country house .. I could stay here on bad days. but not in my cards.. Really this place would be much like my country house wasnt for some monster burning things in my kitchen..

 

if I had known that it was going to be that bad i would have come down yesterday to avoid it. i checked the forecast at home at my parents house and it all looked clear, but i neglected to check along the route lol. everywhere in between was bad.

i'm also very glad that i decided to spend the money on the good tires. other cars were slipping all over the road and i didn't have any issues, and i don't have 4wd on the jeep.

 

one of our roads had a 56 car pile up... I know when its super snow on the roads. Im driving 30mph tops and I see this douchenozzles pass me doing 60.. that's 97km to you guys .. crazy..

if i had some guaranteed income that didnt rely on having to be near town id almost dissapear buy a woods property and go into off grid yurt life

 

Everyone I saw stuck in a snowbank today was in a big truck (usually an F150). they think that they can drive like normal because they have a big expensive truck, and then they lose control and go off the road.

I also saw a lady who had pulled off on the side of the road, not even completely out of the right lane, and squatted next to her car and took a piss. it was pretty weird since we were only about 1km from the next exit...
