yep...takes a while to get our acts together and get em on line...

leavin in a few hours to santa cruz...

we gave helena and mike the boot...again last night, cant give em any more chances they just keep messin up.....

small tribe right now, jordan decided he wants to stay her, he has lots of friends in this area, a good foundation for him, were going to miss him but wish him well on his own path....futur president /world air guitar champ!!!!

what a crock of shit.. i missed highway child by not much. they were here and the owners/managers? told them they couldn't stay the night here.. so they're up the road a little in a church parking lot. i'm tired.. still slightly sick i think, otherwise i'd go hang out with them tonight. i'll go to SC and hunt them down in the morning.

once i've moved north.. y'all are more than welcome to park and stay for a bit on your journey.. we'll need picked at certain times of the year anyways.

My name is Pixie. My partner, Moss and I live and travel full time in our veggie fueled, solar powered house bus. We dont have kids, but do have 4 birds and a dog. We are almost done with the conversion, having only to install a water sytem and tanks.You might be able to see pics here,

For heat we use a woodstove. For electric we have 300 watts of solar and 6 gel batteries. All the woodworking is done ( cabinets, T&G floors ect..). If you guys need any help at all with the veggie system, Moss can help you. He did ours his self.If you go to our blog,

there are links on the left that details exactly what and how we did it.We have gone 9000 miles on it and it only cost us about 500 to do.

Where are you guys gonna winter ?? Maybe we can meet up somewhere and work on our bus's together? We are in santa barbara now, a very good place to live in a bus and folks have tons of money to spend on handcrafted stuff.

Blinkin... how far east are you guys heading? Is there a final destination or an end date for this summer, or do you just roll on all year? Please let me know if you're ever in Ohio. Be safe in your travels.

damn it just wrote a huge freakin post and the computer fucked up before it posted...

ok so were in the middle of the desert , pulled over for a hitchhiker in god knows no where, who was it? fuckin daryle!!!!didnt make too much money building the barn ended up getting robbed a few days before we picked him up, he was stuck out there for two days, ran out of water the day before...he was in pretty bad shape...

had some fun in vegas checked out the strip, kids did the adventure dome at circus circus, only people who didnt lose there money was linz and daryle , darykle actually came out with the same amount we had gave him going in...

the bus broke down in the middle of the desert, I had changed the front steer tire before doing the pass, buddy at the shop didnt toruqe me lugs and it was un even on the hub ended up getting to a small ass tonw and fixin it, headed out again and my temp shot up, turns out the fan clutch I had siezed up back in arizona the last time has slipped, so we drilled some screw into it then welded some bolts to it to keep it siezed once we hit up the next town...

dont think we'll ever have a final destination, I know we may chill in florida after we do some up grades on the bus in arizona we'll be there for a few weeks I guess converting the veg sytem and playing around with the interior...

well everyone its been a while since Ive been online. I had an amazing time at earth dance!!! didnt see ani but India was awesome! even when we were camped out before earthdance outside of willits we had a blast. We had so many people crammed into 5 spots in the forest the camp host came and tried to shut us down(in all fairness our site alone had our bus an rv and a truck with 12 people in it, every other site had at least 3 vehicles also. There were alot of children and babies which was nice for the kids. San fran was awesome, the love fest parade was cool but the actual festival was way too much techno for me, I thought I was going to lose my mind! Santa cruz was also a blast kids had a great time on the beach and the wharf, they loved all the sea lions. Boog sorry we missed you. Vegas, well it was quite the drive getting there but we eventually made it. The kids loved circus circus(so did I). Were heading out today, Im excited to see the grand canyon. Tribe is good right now(small which I prefer) but very unbalanced. I am the only grown female on the bus and theres just a little too much testosterone for me. WE NEED MORE FEMALE RIDERS!!! Ethan were getting closer and closer now I can't wait to meet you whether or not you join tribe. Hillbilly same goes for you cant wait to meet you in person. I'll try to post more often so theres more than just drews perspective of things
