glycerine is used in medicine and in food and make up and all kinds of stuff.....the other component is propylene glycol which is also used in food ad medicine....neither is a carcinogen

some people cant take the glycol (pg) so they use solutions with vegetable glycerine (vg)

 

VG after a while kinda feels like ya been huffing a grease fryer.. vegetable glycerine (vg), not the other VG..

The more VG, the more white the "smoke" appears.

I get a higher VG content, because the PG seems to cause sinus problems for me.

my hands are killing me because I decided to exercise despite being in pain, but sometimes it just feels good to do something that I used to be able to do. I'll probably regret it in the morning, but right now it feels good.

 

Sometimes I find exercise can help with inflammation/bodily pain. Depends on the exercises and how long I've been doing them though.

ya, I try to exercise and move around more, take longer walks instead of driving. I go to teh gym covered by my health insurance. its cool. I do feel some better after..
