Phish is one of the most materialisticly marketed bands in the world. Read the interview with Trey in the last issue of "Guitar World"... maybe it will get some sense into your head. The Phish global merchendize buisness strives on money.

You can make all kinds of fabrics, but its not superior to cotton really, its more sturdy then cotton but not as much as nylon, its a middle of the road fabric, not terrible, not magical.

 

they dont need the marketing as mister wonka pointed out. and what i have heard on here, is that trey is very egotistical and that is why they are breaking up, because hes very greedy like a lot of us, but the other ones were really cool. but its great music man, they earn every penny.
