How does he act towards you? has he ever tried anything on you before? If he hasn't tried anything maybe he just has a really sick sense of humor, and doesn't know when to stop. I've known a few people like that before (though none of them have ever been related to me!)

And didn't you make a post once about how mean he is to you, like slapping you and shit? I don't remember.
