    Any tips? I have sixty mg pills. I heard plugging is the best way to do it, should I remove the coating? Whats the best way to do it? I have never plugged anything before.

    I dont have a syringe, can you just like remove coating and stick the pill in there? I have seen people do this with e pills.

    Crush it up, add water, suck up the solution in a needle-less syringe (this is key), then put it in your butt. Its not hard.
