    whenever we have to go to ceremonies for the soldiers in our brigade who were killed in battle in iraq theres a guy who plays the bagpipes and he wears the full uniform with the kilt.

    its just him by himself. it takes a humble man to wear a kilt. in front of a group of soldiers. imo at least.
