explain please?

 

see section 6 of the criminal law act 1977... but, in brief, there was no criminal damage and occupiers have taken the building in lieu of monies owed by the banks to the people, which would have to be fought in court... according to section 6, there is no legal right for the police to take the building back whilst it is being occupied and there is a legal route ahead... :smash: :sifone:

i missed the march on wednesday, so was at St Pauls, clearing up the welfare tent, in side and out, after someone had taken the tea tent down... there is some shuffling about of tents atm too, so it looks a bit messy, and wires need to be tidied... i noticed these guys, walking around with little clip boards, accompanied by padded police... there were all sorts of pressures and tensions on camp, the day before too... i looks, like all inTENTs (arf) and porpoises (arf) like they caused trouble and strife on an evening when they knew we would be busy the next day, most of us out marching...

they keep trying allsorts of tactics, and still they shoot themselves in the foot... plonkers

yup... shot themselves in the foot... church are furious with the corp... if i was religious, i would think that there is infact a God... i can't say too much now about it, but exciting things are happening...

So, now that it has been determined that Occupy=terrorist in the UK the recent bill passed in the US makes it clear they mean to start locking peaceful citizens up indefinitely just for being there.....
