Does anyone remember what the site was for Ocala 94 ? That whole shooting thing got me thinking about the 94 gathering where the collage girl and her brother were attacked a few miles from us.
The 1994 gathering was mostly at Seven Sisters on 65a, same as last year and 4 years ago. Some old school family gathered at Farles Prarrie. Also of note was a robbery of over $20,000.00 of merchandise stolen from the Salt Springs supermarket, alledgedly by some who were part of clean-up crew. When we first returned there in the firwt year of the permits, the community was a bit standoffish because of that, but distrust melted into warmth by last year. Love wins in the end.
