yes I have heard more than morning glory. I think they truely suck. they take every classic beatles song and rework it a bit and sell it like it was their own. if you people cant see this, then you are truely naive little kids. I listened to oasis while all of you kiddies were in diapers..... they are one of the least creative, most derivative rock and roll bands out there. I mean, even creed has more credibility than oasis.

and to the person who doesnt like my sig pic, you outta know my humour, its because of people like you that I keep it here. it pisses you off, so I will just let it annoy you more.

    Im out.

actually, noel's been influenced more from the small faces than the beatles, and liam's favorites to take from are the rolling stones.

and whatever they end up with is their own. is it the exact same song than what they stole from? no, the only songs that are the exact same as what they stole the melodies off of are "round are way", and "step out", and they didnt release those songs on albums because they had to pay royalties to the original writers (george harrison and stevie wonder, respectively). they'd be splitting a lot more in royalties if they copied more songs and released them as their own... the only other song they've had to pay the original artist was for "cigarettes & alcohol", and the stones will probably be receiving money for "guess god thinks i'm abel", if they decide to take oasis to court.

thats 4 songs.. ah but oh yeah, theyre really taking all those old beatles songs, arent they?

I dont know why Im arguing with you about this..... okay, they are paying royalties for some of the riffs they copied, yes.... but there are plenty others out there that they blatantly copied....... come on, even noel says he took the piano riff to dont look back in anger from imagine........ all around the world is the most blatant hey jude ripoff I ever heard.. the band prides themselves off of taking things from old british bands like the beatles and the stones, then they bite the hands that feed them. I do recall in the 90s where liam called george harrison a wanker, and noel called paul mccartney something else..... anyways, I really doubt their music will be as timeless as the 60s bands they blatantly copy.

haha, thats one of the reasons why i love them so much. :D theyre my fucking heroes.

lets not forget that "d'you know what i mean" is a horrid attempt at recreating "all you need is love"
