Nudity: Where would you, and where have you?

So many times back in my college days.

My college had a lake/campsite that by long established tradition was clothing optional -- I was one of the majority who opted for no clothing. Oh, it was so lovely there. I know that naturists are always saying that nudity is not sexual, etc. and yes, I agree that once you get accustomed to it (and it doesn't take very long) it is really no more overtly sexual than a normal "textile" beach. And yet, at regular public beaches the guys are checking out the girls (which is why the girls are wearing skimpy bathing suits) and the girls are checking out the guys (c'mon, you know you do) -- well, when you are at a place where most people are nude, you really do still check them out except you get to check everything. I rather enjoyed it, both the checking and the being checked.

That was a long time ago. I have sometimes been nude since then at private secluded places or at friends sheltered backyard swimming pools but just with small groups of friends. I also went topless at beaches in France on a vacation trip with my husband.

 

I'm mostly a home nudist, so I'm naked whenever it's warm enough, and I almost always sleep nude too. Plus, I've been to several nudist resorts, many nude pool parties & potlucks and nude get-togethers at fellow nudists' homes (though I've not done that in a while).

 

I just took a walk in my yard nude, its very late, foggy with light drizzle.

 

Where I have been nude:

• In my house/studio: most of the time as I work.
• At long-time friends' house who are also nudists
• Another long-time friends' house: they previously ran nudist resort for 25 years and have known me since I was a youngster up until now (late 40s)
• At the legal nude beach — of course!
• Bushwalking through rainforest on group excursion for nudists
• Nude under a rainforest waterfall

Where I'd like to and/or be naked:
• Melbourne's World Naked Bike Ride. I may pluck up enough courage to strip and participate in the WNBR Winter ride next month (July), but it will be cold...
• Bushwalking in the Alps in summer through fields of wildflowers
• Lying on my back naked in a cool alpine tarn in the heat of summer
• Riding my road bike naked from home to the beach in high summer along roads where the only illumination is from the front bike light

Can't think of many others this side of bed time, but I assure you if nudity was legal 'out there' I would be in the thick of it!​

 

I've been to nudist resorts and topless and nude beaches all over the US, Caribbean, and Europe. Of course I like my nudist resort, The Terra Cotta Inn, Palm Springs, California the best.

 

The Terra Cotta Inn is one place I'd love to visit! One of these days...

Otherwise, I've been to several resorts, and have even gotten naked at Yosemite for a swim (the water was ice cold, though... yuck!).

Driving my car through a big city
Hiking in the desert
Taking a 5 minute walk from my parked car along a deserted road
Walking in the middle of the road on a remote mountain road at night
In a coed sauna
At the beach
In an outdoor jacuzzi at a ski resort
Stepping from one change room to another change room at a department store

 

A pagan campground for long weekends and on a private piece of property on the river for 2 weeks.

 

I have driven naked, the longest being 120 miles to a nude beach from which I drove into the carpark nude, then managed to work my way across a clothed area to the nude part all whilst naked. That was cool.

Have also been naked in front of a few penfriends and a friend from college (all female) which was cool. A couple of occasions ended with me 'offering' to masturbate for them which I did.

Used to walk into my garden naked at night when about 12-14y.o.

 

I am always nude at home. I also camp naked at Glastonbury Festival. No one ever minds, which is great! I also go to beaches, the forest, woods. My ex housemate who now lives in Bristol is happy for me to stay over her and her girlfriends place naked. They stay clothed but it's great that they are happy for me to be myself around them.

- in the street in a small seaside resort,
- at home.

I would like to go naked anywhere I would find it comfortable: in the street, shop, swimming pool etc.

I stay nude most of the time at home.

When I was a kid, my cousins and I went skinny dipping whenever we came across a river or pond. I would sometimes doff my clothes when alone in the woods.

My first public nude appearance as an adult was in the swimming hole at the Atlanta Pop Festival in July 1970. Of course nudity was acceptable in the communes and crash pads I stayed at in New Orleans at that time.

In the 1980s I was nude in the art studios of all the colleges and New World School of the Arts High School in Miami as an artists' model.

I did some modeling when I moved to Gainesville, mostly to challenge the stupid anti-nudity law they passed to shut down strip joints in that college town.



I have been nude on a friend's small sailboat in Biscayne Bay



And, since returning to South Florida in 1996, I have spent every good weather weekend at Haulover Clothing Optional Beach.

I've cycled nude along the coast in France for about 3 mile outside of the naturist zone with my wife, many beaches, at restaurants and bars in naturist zones, lakes and countryside.

 

I have a small pool in my back yard where any one who swims in it are naked....family friends..........who ever. No hard on's are allowed..............lol
