Not sure how I feel about this...

I can understand looking at that picture every time you go in and not liking it being there.

Ask them to change it for a recent one. You have posted some really nice shots of yourself recently, get one printed off the same size as the one they put up and ask them to change it out.

Congrats on the award and the steps you have taken to improve your health and life.

 

Wow, you were fat?? WTG on the weight loss. Hm....since the recognition is lame, nah.....don't make a big deal of it. People see you in person how you are now, and will realize that your company is lazy about updating IDs.
