    Pot.

Opiates make you feel better by getting you high as balls in a dangerous addictive way-pot does it in a safe fun way with no addiction at all.

    It's her choice.....

I believe anyone should have x-rays taken by a chiropractor before resorting to heavy pain pills. Just like any other occupation--some are better than others. Pain pills can obviously take some or even all the pain away, but does not treat underlying causes. Doctors are known to treat symptoms instead of root causes. Not always of course, but generally speaking I believe that's the easy way out and many, many will take it. Once a chiro shows you a picture of the spine and how the nerves to ALL parts of the body exit the spine from between the vertebrae, it's easy to see why the different parts of ones body can be affected when they(vertebrae) pinch a nerve and affect a particular part. Sooooo--a doctor may then issue a scrip for one pain med or another and the pinched nerve REMAINS pinched until manipulated back into place.

Because of the condition of my back, I was warned NOT to do acupuncture. Maybe it would relieve/MASK the pain--but that pain is a signal that
something is wrong in there. Again--does not cure an underlying problem. I have been to many in my travels, from Florida to Oregon. Some were good--some --not so much. My back savior was found in Visalia, California, when I moved back to my home town 30 miles from Visalia. Excellent, excellent chiro. I've gone in, supported by friends, bent over with involuntary tears coming and walked out (sore as hell for 2 or 3 days) , but I was then able to go back to ROOFING--yes ROOFING thereafter. Alright this is my take on it.----

I did take hydrocodone after a serious operation, but that shit gave me PANIC attacks, scary dreams and a feeling of "not being anywhere." It killed the pain, but not worth it.
