I'm not gonna lie..... Yes.

It's been done for ages now (I got it done when I was 16), so it doesn't hurt anymore. But getting it done is like... A huge needle going through your tender lil nipple. It's extremely fast healing, though. And doesn't hurt for long afterwards. And doesn't bleed too much.

 

Is it true that you can't wear a bra for like a month after getting it done?
