The documentary brings you up to 1966... 1967 dylan crashes on his motorcycle... i dunno if dylan has been working on anything... he did alot of touring this year... he had a tour with willie nelson... right before that he toured with merle haggard... so i dont think hes had time for recording

I especially like how Paul of 'Peter, Paul, and Mary' changed his name from Noel, at the request of his promoter, so they could be marketed as a 'christian trio' group.

Also, how the same promoter, Dylans promoter no less, had Mary stay inside the hotel in Florida so she wouldn't get a tan and could still be pimped out as a NY bookish-girl stereotype! HAHA!

Shysters in the ranks of the 60's 'revolution'! What'd that one fellow say? That he didn't think (the promoters name here) did very much with Dylan because Dylan was so 'weird' to begin with?

    priceless.

I'm sorry, why would no leftist film maker touch Dylan's story? That makes very little sense to me....

that guy is amazing. one of the best parts was hearing him talk about his life. it wasnt just some person telling us what they think about bob dylan, it was the real thing. and one of the many good things about pbs is they always play things more than once.

hell yes! I got the DVD for xmas and have watched it several times since. i love the concert footage it has and how it explains his start to where bob is now. The Story about how bob took all the woody guthrie records from the recording studio kicked ass. Bob Dylans comin to memphis in about a month so im fuckin stoked up lieka bonfire. Everyone should go see him on his new tour.
    Peace
