    I think that the time is right to explore un realistic terms for the political mainstream. All Republicans are not "conservatives" and all Democrats are not "Liberals." The Terms "Moderate," "Progressive" and "Radical" are always missing in the rhetoric. There are also the "Independents" who are refugees from the Post Civil War Democratic and Republican Parties. All Californians are not a homogeneous group of voters, so the term Liberal Californians is insulting. There is currently a progressive movement in California in order deal with Climate Change and Civil Rights. The real question is whether "Republicans" believe in equal rights for all Citizens of the United States, as described in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution or not. My opinion is that the current Conservative Republicans are attempting to overthrow the Republic and create a Corporate Oligarchy or Puritanical Theocracy.

    As an Independent (refuse to state) Californian, I think that the thought of leaving the USA and joining Canada makes more sense every day. It has to be better than the intolerant BS coming out of some Republican's in Congress.

    The time to come together is now or we are all doomed.

    PS Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi and Adam Schiff are not Liberals and Congressmen who say that they are Lying or have Diminished Capacity. I believe that Gavin Newsom is a Progressive, and that is why I did not support him. I do believe in his rights as an elected official to advance his declared agenda until he is out of office. I do have disdain for politicians who say one thing as a candidate and advance something different when in office;

    Imagine going to Orange County or the State of Jefferson and calling the people there "Liberal Californians."

    But then again, imagine being an American who benefits from the concepts of liberalism while simultaneously being against it.

    I still look at the term "Liberal" as equivalent to open minded, while "Conservative" being closed minded to change. It is not surprising that the Opulent Rich and Corporations are conservative "thinkers." I consider myself Moderate accepting gradual chane to keep up with changes in society.

    So you had to go back twenty and thirty years to find Republicans to blame instead of the circus clowns running California now.

    It really doesn't matter to me who PRESIDENT ELECT Trump beat, He did beat Harris, and would have beaten Biden. The point is, due to the lying by the Media, and the Whitehouse, the People didn't have a voice. And no, I won't get over it, and neither should you.

    WE ARE IN AGREEMENT - WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND

    YOU CANNOT HAVE REPUBLICAN CLOWNS TO BLAME IF THEY DO NOT GET ELECTED IN CALIFORNIA.ANY MORE. THEY CANNOT EVEN ELECT ATHLETES, BILLIONAIRES, AND ACTORS ANY MORE. LETS SEE HOW THE FAMILY VALUES PRESIDENT AND THE CLOWNS IN CONGRESS DO FOR THE NEXT FOUR YEARS. I CANNOT WAIT TO SEE HOW THEY ABOLISH SEPARATION AND STATE TABOOS.

    They did. In 2024 Harris received just under 2 million MORE votes than t out of 15.8 million votes cast. Just another example of misinformation and gobble gook from The Rs.

    According to NBC News/ Los Angeles in 2020 Biden received 11,110,250 in 2024 Harris received 9,276,179. A difference of 1,834071.

    Therse were election night numbers, so the voting dead were not counted yet.

    So reading comprehension isn't your strongest quality. I said HARRIS received 1.8 million fewer votes than BIDEN. Harris could not keep the votes Biden had four years earlier. People shifted away from the Democrat Party. It's really not complicated.

    Sir. The bigger question about Vice President Kamala Harris is: Where does V.P. Harris go on from here.?

    Posted in HF, about hubby shopping for a condo in NYC. Harris got a bad deal from her people and should be respected for ponying up to a loosing deal dumped on her.

    She didn't get a bad deal-- She wanted to be President and was the first to drop out in 2020, she then became the VP to a man she called a racist. She was given the Democratic Party pick for President after not having to run in an election. (Yes, I understand the Party chooses. But the Voters did not get their chance to pick). She lost the Popular and Electoral College Votes.
    She was given everything and couldn't get the job done, and now her own Partys turning their backs to her.

    Neither is racism, but Harris seemed OK with that trait in Biden.
