New Year's Eve

huh, I work in a cafeteria...I was just lucky enough to get New Years Day off.
But I still get holiday pay for it though

 

My last week-end of bartending was.. last week-end. I'm fwee now!!!!

We were suppose to be there by 2010, but Slovenia's being a bitch ( as usual ).

 

I will be on a table getting cut open, but don't worry there will be pictures to share afterward!!!

 

How the fuck did Slovenia get the EU Presidency?

I remember some girl in work getting all stroppy , trying to tell me Slovenia is different to Slovakia.
I told her "well its only about 2 letters different".

Maybe Slovenia got in because someone spelt Slovakia wrongly?

So were the Slovenians planning on swimming the English Channel and invading with pitchforks and criminally horrific folk music?

I like slagging off small insignificant Euro countries.

No real plans...my "genius" friends decided to schedule their party ON the first, even though they know I have to work on the second. I'm pretty irritated at that. But I dunno, we'll probably just watch TV and do the same ol' same ol'.

 

I'm planning a party. Well, a little cocktails and hors-d'oeuvres gathering at my apartment before we walk an entire 20 feet to the bar. Then back to my apartment again. I got invited to another house party that I might cab over to, or just let my friends come back to my place from that party. The plans are not official just yet.

My cousins from Halifax will be in town, my sister's fiance's brother is back from Halifax as well and most people are home.

New Year's Day, I have arranged to stumble (hopefully sobered) in to mass and sing in the choir at 11am. I'm a devil with wings. It's brilliant.

 

This year sales of champagne have dropped dramatically because of the recession

I have no idea what I'm doing, so far everyone I know wants to do different things.

I think I'll just buy a bottle of Belle, and a 4 pack of Midori and get pickled at home laying in the hammock. Woohoo

 

Probably post in the 10+ threads that are to come about what I'm doing on New Years because people think they're original.

Then I'm going to drink, go to a friends house, drink some more, come home, drink, pass out, wake up, hate myself, and probaby post about it in the 15+ threads asking what I did on New Years.
