New Virtual Wilderness Getaway

Sunset over the Hudson tonight.....no peachy-pink-lavendar magnificent sunset tonight, as there many times is, but it was a glowing sunset in its own right.

 

Those views hold a special interest for me because that's where my great-great grandparents lived.

 

Saw a kangaroo while out hiking yesterday.

 

Moon was so huge and beautiful tonight, and driving up over the hill, it was enormous. It wanted to swallow me up and it did.....I did not have my camera at the instant it was right in front of me like in a dream massive in size, but just took these photos a little while ago back here at home.....Moon is my god....in that it speaks to me in silent language.

Moon was something like this last night, and i have learned that it was a full moon. It had a pale yellow tint....and was right there in front of me massively....I will have to paint what i saw to get it accurately. Damn, where is my camera when I need it?
