    It's not that simple here, Newbie.

    You have to drive a long way, and/or walk a long way, and then most times pay a big fee to get in any water around here.

    However, you did remind me that there is free swimming/wading at the river that isn't too far from here; but the walk from parking down to the river is too long to make the whole thing that enjoyable.

    That's why I love Hip Forums Virtual Wilderness Getaway! There's water anywhere you want it!

    yes, i suppose I could go jump in the Hudson River, but it is not really set up for swimming there in this town, although, it is not illegal either, that I know of....

    There are no swimming holes on that map close to me. He doesn't have the one I mentioned above, either.

    Yeah we had a great time I took my Grandson Josh with us this time ( he didn't want to come home )
