wow congrats senior forumers for not tearing this guy a new one over his wax use and impatience! Seriously...I kept reading this expecting someone to jump in and be an ass....hasnt happend so wooohoooo! I like the peaceful vibe the forums are giving off now....guess its cuz Pat is not around? But OP, dude, they look great for 4 months, you can probably roll the tips or crochet them, and eventually let some congo for bigger ones?

Just wondering, whats your hair normally like with out dreads? Is it straight?
& how did you start them?

haha crochet and stop messing with them. Idk about other people but id crochet mine if theres anything that sticks out alot.. (...theoretically if i had dreads )

lol you just did. Ok I get it. Wax = evil. Yeah I did cut the ends cause they weren't looking good. But They'll probably just go back like they were so wont be doing that again. Thanks for all the comments, I feel much better about them now! Just the ends I wanna sort out now.

if you want blunt tips without waiting you can always crochet the tips. it takes a bit of trial and error, but you'll get it eventually.
