i took two years of spanish...learned nothing...then i took two years of latin...i think i got brain damage...
Exactly! And yeah i've heard that its easy to pick up... If the Spanish goes well I may pick up my French again...and then possibly do Italian One of my best friends is Italian and he wants to learn Spanish (his french is amazing) so you know, we can communicate in more then one language
aha yeah...my 2 years were like 3 years ago so i have forgotten almost all of it but I can understand it pretty well and sometimes figure out how to answer back, very slowly tho...aha. im probably gonna relearn it completely someday.
italian aint really that far off from spanish. when i went to italy, i could pretty much understand what they were saying cuz it was very similar to spanish. aha i dont think im ever gonna learn how to speak french, it just never interested me that much.
Yeah my friend can understand spanish people...bastard :$ I'm envious of people raised with two or more languages...it makes learning others so much easier! Especially if they're all similair in origin (e.g.french, italian, spanish, portuguese are latin based...)
37 political prisoners I'm as down on him as I am on bush, but there is a mechanism in place to get rid of castro, the only way bush is going away is if someone shoots him....
I think that castro's government is a force for social progress in latin america, and that they have improved life for cubans mutch mroe than any U$ puppet reigieme ever would of.
there are people who say that bush is a force of social progress in north america, it doesn't matter how you dress it up, imprisoning people wrongly is imprisoning people wrongly, whatever way you look at it....
yeh, i agree that castro has made his errors, as i mentioned earlier i'm not jsut a cuban fanboy, i am aware of what actually happens there, but cuba is a democracy. Ok, its not my kind, it's not based on workers councils, but its not any less legit than america.
Castro rocks Based on impressive facial hair and unkillability I'm going to Cuba with my folks next year
outstanding natural beauty....beautiful cities...a little thing called culture and history thats yet to hit america My friend is chinese...I may get him to teach it to me
Well it was rather rude. Just cause it's different... What happened to like err... Accepting others' differences and shit?
