New Hippie Teens

I don't think there is a definitive barometer for "Hippieness" out there - it's all based on hearsay and personal opinion. Therefore no-one is right or wrong about whether someone is/is not a hippie, and whether hippies are stupid or not. The kids who come on here and get opinion-based responses like that should try and bear that in mind.
