If either are shooting without caring about or checking their background and you are in the firing line, end up the same kind of dead

 

Who are they defining as terrorists these days?
Someone who causes terror is a terrorist surely?

No, are you serious? It's very important to know the exact motive for multiple reasons. I don't get why you have to ask that

 

I was having this discussion with someone the other day, so I looked it up. Wikipedia says there is no universal agreement on the definition.. But the definition Google gave me was that it was a surprise attack against civilians for political or religious motives.

 

So you telling me, some crazy guy starts shooting on a tram, you gonna stop and wait to see if its in the name of mohammed or some guy whose girlfriend just filed for full custody?
