I checked my blood presser 135/76 it’s been running high oxygen good for me heart racing I have not taken a Ativan since yesterday trying only cbd today but they anxiety is building up

 

I have cut back on my anxiety meds wouldn’t have been able to do it without CBD

 

I don’t drink don’t get high so lots of CBD is what I am using to get through all of this

Iv been talking too my gram despite what my dad thinks about her she does love and Care about my dad she has wanted updates so iv been calling her she can’t believe this is happening too her son i would never show her the pick my sister sent me that would kill her it about killed me my gram is 87 she has not spoken too my dad in years and years it’s so sad I don’t know if she would want too see my dad

I visited my dad it was awful he didn’t know who I was at first didn’t know where he was what the date was said iv must have lost time

 

They moved him to a different room it is hospice hopefully he can be well enough to go home and have hospice at home

I had to call my Gram and tell her that my dad is in hospice I did not hold it together on the phone and her pastor wanted to talk to her so I let her know what was going on she’s going to wait for his call and I believe the pastor is going to try and get up and see my dad
