i changed my name in grd 8....well....everyone called me by my middle name (even my medical records were in my middle name), but i demanded to be called by my first name and it worked out well over time

 

I dont need to change my name. I have so many different nicknames anyway so i can just use one of those.

My family is lazy and calls me Toria
My school got lazy and called me Wiki and so do most of my friends.
Im named after my aunty vicky so sometimes i get called Vicky.
My work mates call me Victoria but sometimes get lazy and call me Vic.
So al up I have:

Wiki

Vic
To choose from.
Wiki and Vicky sound the same.
Wikitoria is pronounced Wik/ee/toria Roll the 'R'.

actually, not really. i mean, you don't HAVE to change yer name when you get married. both people can take the man's last name, woman's last name, or both keep their separate names.
