if she speaks the truth here her feelings are mroe than validated. i;ve had numerous similiar experuiences with blacks in my life and i;ve never harmed a black person one. i live in a town that has a demographic percentage of three percent balcks total. all too often they go around starting trouble just because they can and they yell racial remarks at random whites and get away with it too. just because its not cionvient to speak of doesnt mean it doesn;t happpen. no amount of slavery or segregation past or present justifies any of this animosity towards whites either. if you don;tlike what she's syaing, maybe it's you who should go elsewhere?

 

you are acting as if whites never are or never have been the victims of other peoples racism. and honestly it is whites worldwide who are minorities. and yet you want to say others lack empathy? when a white attacks or kills anyone different from themsleves it's always investigated as a possible hate crime. but then the role is reversed it is rarely ever looked into as a possible hate crime. enough of the doublestandards already. blacks kill more blacks than whites kil blacks in the united states. does this mean blacks are self loathing?

 

the problem here tom is you insinuate she is going about claiming she is superior to them and she's not said the word superior once. she's airing a rant out about having overwhelmingly large amounts of bad experiences with black people. this seems to be commonplace in this country too. then again you live in canada, a place where they don;t have a lot of black people really to begin with. but all too often i see young black people blabbering about how they can't be racist because they are black, or how their racism is justified somehow. yet it's not okay for whites to act the same way. if it's wrong it's wrong period? but people in general all too often anymore look the other way when it comes to blacks being racist, but will always go out of their way to call whites out on it.

It is my believe that "folks is folks". Some are brought up in different environments which affects their behavior. Some have mental deficits which produce violence and anti social behavior. Some have diets that affect their attitudes and behaviors.
Some are simply part of groups that are looked down by a particular society among whom they live. Expectation are for stupidity, violence and lawlessness. When this is the case we often find a self-fulfilling expectation. Be rejected, abused, humiliated and treated less that human enough and often people will give you exactly what you expect. And if they don't react in this manner, you see what you want to see anyway.
The attitude presented here is one such self-fulfilling expectation.
Until people can show each other respect and tolerance the situation can not improve. It will only get worse.
Take someone out of the circumstance, put them in an environ of respect and high expectation and chance are that is what you will get.

This mental attitude of frustration and resentment can only bring unhappiness and grief to you - not to others. Come on man - adjust YOUR attitude. There's nothing you can do about another's attitude. It's the only way any of us can make things better for everybody.

Anyone and everyone has a right to be racist. What good does it do to be so. I think we've seen and continue to see the results of racism the world over. As i've said before--I wish evolution would hurry and smarten humankind the fuck up.

 

The pace of evolution is slow and steady and any evolutionary jump in the past was preceded by a major geologic or climatic event.

If you want man to evolve the human race will have to go under tremendous hardship or develop technology to create a human-machine-computer hybrid
