guy - i think we have had about 1 rational discussion - so lets not go there.
I do have convictions in my opinions - they are just skewed by you and I have to abide by YOUR premise [anything other than YES is the wrong answer]. That is why I said any answer other than YES is ''seemingly abhorent to YOUR principles''.

The other people, such as myself, you just fill in the blanks how you see fit. You assume that I am supporting the war in Iraq, and you assume that I have or am not currently serving. Nobody can win an arugment with yourself like you Guy.

 

as this thread is directed to the war mongers of hippyland it is natural i would find them , right here on hippyland. this is their space dedicated to them. people devoted to the war will probably be found here advocating the war or at least complaining of my rabid exhortation for them to live out their beliefs when they never will no matter what i say.

welcome to my message to the war mongers thread , if you can't stand the heat..... its not my fault war mongers are treated so shabbily here, they come here of their own volition, no one forces them, so, please don't complain.

 

there is a problem with this thread though in many respects.

it is starting to dominate this particular forum pushing out other opinions which is not really a good thing. oh well c'est la vie.

i'd say if anything it is your own principles that you need to examine. you are in this thread because you want to argue the case for war this is why you are here. if you want to know one reason for the war then you need only look in the reflection of the monitor.

theres a few people here on this thread who are very angry, i'd say it is they who are the war monger and apologist. i see no gandhi like poster extolling his peace loving credentials who also finds my post offensive.

The war mongers should sign up go to Iraq instead of pointlessly arguing in this thread. They are in dire need of bodies there right now.

You don't seem to appreciate people have differing opinions - Even if i was to say ''yeah ok guy i will'' - my answer would still have to fall into your premise and you would still misinterprete/misrepresent my reasonings.
