"Lord of the rings 1,2 and 3 (though the ending of the third movie is absolutely rubbish)"

Which ending? There's like five of them, screen blacks out, scene, screen blacks out, scene. The movie was long enough without the five endings, just pick one of 'em :)

Can definitely see a trend in the movie list ~ sci-fi fantasy movies & cheesy humor-type movies (often with lots of drugs)

I will agree with you on most of the sci-fi fantasy ones. I really love movies with a twist at the end, but I don't want to mention which ones & give it away! ;)
(Also really odd comedy, where it is funny because of how random it is.)

You should see Shaun of the Dead!

Why does no one like The Cell...that movie is sweet ass...trippy as hell...best thing that Jennifer Lopez ever did

and i agree that Independence Day is a great movie despite the fact that it seems to have faded away into the abyss of Saturday afternoon TBS.

    Spirited Away is kick ass...

Like Fear and Loathing? see Where the Buffalo Roam. good shit

Big Lebowski is DEFINETELY in my top ten

Mondo Cane, Mondo Magic, and Mr. Mike's Mondo Video

That live concert thingy at Altamont

The Zapruder film - not because of JFK doing the disappearing head act, but at that moment the innocence of a nation was completely and utterly lost for GOOD.

RE: Hellraiser - I only saw like 7 or something like that and it was horrible don't know about the original though

Read the book instead. It's called the Hellbound Heart and it rocks.

Now, as for The Gate 2, damn I'm gonna have to rent that one day, and see it with Dracula 3000 as well. No, that's NOT a misprint.

    And Cannibal Holocaust.

I think Pretty in Pink, The Breakfast Club, Repo Man and the like should be on that list and I SHOULD HAVE REMEMBERED AMERICAN HISTORY X. GREATEST ENDING EVER.

Pretty in Pink is one of my favs.. John Cryer( i think thats how you spell his name) was great in that movie, the one who played Blane kind of developed into nothing...
"Valley Girls" is good one and so is "The Last American Virgin"...or "Just one of the Guys" is also good...
"Say Anything" is good as well

haha PCU is funny, Jeremy Piven is pretty good in that...

MUCHO AGREED! The Hellbound Heart is an awesome story -- it really got me into Clive Barker stuff.

The Gate 2 is something you'd expect to see on a Saturday mid afternoon.. in the 80s. It's worth watching just to see Terry's character still dressing up like a wizard -- when he was a kid it was one thing, but in the Gate 2 he's got to be like 15 or 16.

Dracula 3000 was fuckin' hilarious! Coolio is in it. Yes, Coolio.

    Bad movies = love,
