    Not always .It depends on the material and the thickness . You dont always get cameltoe in swimming costumes .She needs to look at herself in a mirror before she goes out. A way to hide it is to wear a long type top .

    My wife ONLY wears thongs during the day,regardless what her outfit is. And night when shes in her pj's, she'll then switch into full butt panties
