you've already taken huge risks and fucked it all up once, are you willing to take even bigger risks just to make it worse?

do what you need to, but the most sane advise would be to say "fuck it" and just cooperate. you knew the risks you ran, and you went with it anyway. so deal with it.

you're never gonna reach any other escape without money. if you had a passport and a big savings account you MIGHT be able to make your way to somewhere in europe by skipping off to canada first, but you do have to give id and stuff at the canadian border and i'm sure they've got computers to enter it into to look for any legal troubles, if you've got pending distribution, possession, assault, and weapons charges, i'm sure it may be tougher to get into the country. once there it may be easier to get a plane ticket off the continent than it would in the us, though.

assuming you have enough money and you have a passport, this might be something to consider, but the risk is still very high, and i wouldn't personally say the time you're looking at is really worth running from....if you were looking at 20 years or life, then i'd say go for it...but....whatever

but hey, if you had to slip into canada without giving id, it might be doable, if you know a young family who could say they're going on vacation to toronto with junior, just hide you in the luggage....its much easier to get into canada without being searched than it is to return from canada without being searched. if you're not visible or audible, you're not going to be found in the car unless you're unlucky enough the car gets searched anyway, and you wouldnt be there on the way back....of course, they'd have to be willing to risk a lot for you, and no offense but i kind of doubt many people would do this for you....

Yah I'm not gonna run over these charges...maybe if I was wanted for murder. Anyways living under a bridge with no food is way worse then jail, I was already held in jail for 4 days and I think a cold damp area where I have no food is worse than jail. I wish people on here would give good advice like some others but most are just a waste of time and people think they are funny but this is a serious matter, you might be laughing but im surely not.

I apologize for the assholes in this forum. They have not comprehended what you are going through or what it would be like to waste years of your life, that will never be returned to you, in a penetentiary. I wish you the very best. Stay strong and good luck.

i am really sorry for you. just pray (or hope or whatever you do) that you dont get put in a max. security prison. they are 10x worse than min. security prisons, like a county or state jail. but since they are only drug charges, im guessing theyll put you in a state prison. best luck brother

Move as far away as you can, do some research on changing your identity.
Cause you're looking at a sentence of potentially YEARS in prison and YEARS of probation/parole which will fuck you up for THE REST OF YOUR LIFE.

Well Ive travelled from Michigan to Canada enough to know that it has gotten a lot stricter. Then again, bout a year ago I got in and out without showing a piece of ID. I guess I dont look suspicious, maybe cause my car has several MSU stickers on it, and they figure Im just some traveling college kid.

If you go to Canada though, I'd advise against taking the Windsor route, it tends to be tighter.

I really believe if you cooperate and get a good lawyer, its not gonna be toooooo bad. Thats a relative term of course. Anyway, good luck.
