Yeah the IHOPs around here are cleaner, and well better. Waffle House is where you go when it's really fucking late and you're hungry, but too lazy to fix your own food. haha

Because it's played out and it's not just America. Go look at statistics at some other countries- their obsesity rates and fast food "use" is going up higher and higher.... but it's always America and fast food this... America and fast food that......

And take it from someone who only eats that shit when I'm high and someone is like "lets go get...._____" - but it's redundant. :D

    <end rant>

Yeah man... IHOP is some fancy shit compared to the great Waffle House.

IHOP is for 'em rich college students.

Waffle House is for us, the working men! :D

I personally don't give a fuck who's fatter than who. I made an honest observation. I HAVE lived in numerous countries and continents and have NEVER heard of most of this list.
If you want me to give the whole world shit about eating fast food, I can do that too. But this thread is about American fast-food joints posted by an American. :)
Plus being 'high' is a really great excuse for supporting this type of mass-produced, unhealthy crap.

Was it necessary to mention how many continents you've squatted in when discussing American fast food places?

Yeah.. maybe it would be a terrible excuse if I ever bitched about it but I don't. It think it's ridiculous when people can't make healthy choices and eat that garbage all the time but that's on them and none of my business.

Anyways I've always lived in the U.S. and I haven't heard of half of those places either so what does that say to your argument?

    Yeah, sort of.
It backs up my point. I've been to a lot of places and there just aren't that many fast-food chains.
I ask again, is it any wonder the average American is overweight?

I don't know what your point was. You told me to shut up after I made an innocent post on a public forum. Was that your point?

You have no idea where either one of us has been. Now beyond that it's just annoying where every other post a person posts they have to talk about all the places in the world they've been and the OTHER half.... it's the u.s. this.. .the u.s. that....
The whole WORLD is fucked up. The caste system in india? I'm just saying.... but with "certain people" its always the same song and dance. Been there, heard that, move on.

Man... I've been to many places, and I came to one conclusion:

The moon is indeed made out of cheese!

If you knew me, I'm no anti-american but, heh. Assumption seems to be the word of the day. As for my posts, I'm not really that sure how many of the 1000+ are about the places I've been. But I do like to draw from my life experience when making a point, not my imagination.
