dark roast from starbucks with heavy cream and coconut oil in it. only cost about 1.50.

gonna hit the gym soon. i like using coffee better then pre workouts now. i used to use them a lot back in the day when they still had DMAA in them but since its not allowed anymore they all suck phat dick. And they have too much other shit in them.

What up son? What are your gym goals?

Respect for being a gym rat....at first, like years ago, I hated you...now over time I love you.

i don't know about coffee before a workout. i feel like that would be a good way to end up with a diarrhea stain under the squat rack.

my morning is very late afternoon. my evening is early morning, after i feed the managerie. my day is the night. i keep cat hours.
i don't really keep them. that's just where i happen to be right now.
its not very convenient in a human world. but it keeps me from making more shopping trips then i need to.

food starts off my "day". something that can be microwaved usually.

coffee doesn't go with my empty stomich. coffee is something for after i've eaten. with hazelnut or chocklet or mint in it. and a little milk. but no sweeteners other then what's in the chocklet.

i like it though. its just not something i ever HAVE to have.

pretty much neither is anything else, other then good things to eat, plenty of quiet and time alone to be able to work on things with my imagination and to sleep.

what about coconut oil? is that something little grey guys start their day with? i like macaroons. i get constipated if i eat too many of them.
i don't think i've ever seen coconut oil sold seperately. is that something they have gnc or one of those places like that?
do you put it in your coffee.
now i know about a guy who connected a jet engine to power a washing machine and put coconuts in the exaust to warm them up for lunch and they went flying off and hitting church bells or something.

I also drink coffee pre-workout. When listening to Doctor Radio, an exercise physiologist recommended it, to increase your performance during your work out. Since I drink coffee all day I already had that one covered.

During the week I use a coffee maker but on my days off I like to use a percolator on the stove.

I think I'm pretty much addicted to coffee. I usually make it in a espresso pot or a cafeterie.

I've been thinking of trying MCT oil. Do you think it's any good? How has you experience been with it?

It's good, and i googled this to make sure im not crazy, and others have experienced the same thing, but.. ive noticed that sometiems when i take it it makes my brain really relaxed and sharp. Very good mental clarity. But start off with like a teaspoon because it can really upset your stomach.

Cheers. I read that it could help to optimize brain function. I will probably give it a try.
