Morals vs... The knowing...

id hate to be the bearer of bad news,, but police do set up bikes to be stolen, bikes are the property of someone else.. and in a market district not everyone wants to lock up their bikes, stopping in shops, just as you tied your horses , you didnt lock them up!!! you wouldnt steal someones horse, they would shoot you then..
so say this guy goes to the store, steps in for a second or 2 leaves his bike there.. someone steals it. Oh who cares its only a bike, Its a bike that does not belong to the person that took it.. Lol..
just as they do bait car, they do bait bike...
