What do the moth balls do? Kill the snakes or chase them away?
I will study the skins in detail in the next couple of days...and if they are small and harmless from what i can gather...I probably won't do anything.

Some mothballs are made of Naphthalene. They're banned in the E.U. and I think China.
    Others use 1,4-dichlorobenzene.

just dont eat them or abuse them as inhalants

and make sure they go into the holes deep enough so your own pets cant get at them

regardless of what the internet naysayers say,,,my grandmother used them to keep squirrels and moles away from her garden

im just guessing snakes wont like the smell either

I will be the brave one .....

Anyway, parting is such sweet sorrow...lol...but I better go make my squash and zucchini now. It is a good thing they don't take long to fry or brown in olive oil....

Man, I saw it all today on the other spectrum....

People using an old lady in a wheel chair to con people...and she wasn't really bound to that wheel chair. I saw her stand up like nothing when she thought no one was looking.

Too many con people in this world.

i went outside with a generator carb in my hand and somehow ended up cleaning up the backyard weeds with a weedeater instead of installing the carb

i guess i went to grab a tool and the weedeater was in the way or something

I just disassembled my wife's laptop as its been shutting down.
I wanted to see if the fan was running and clean, it was.
I didn't have any CPU thermal grease so I left that alone.

I unplugged everything and looked at it for awhile then put the drive, etc. back in and started it up. So far so good.
I left the bottom off for now.

I saw my new doctor again today....and even though my BMI is now 16....gone down from 17 in just two weeks....He says not to worry about it....that everything else is going up ...protein mass....etc.....They measure everything...and every line on the graph other than the BMI is on the upwards swing, and my body is absorbing everything and working...........4 more pounds down and the song 100 pounds of clay will fit me perfectly....lol

OK, I will take his word for it for now...even though, I have had two different people come up to me outside in the last two days telling me I look anorexic.

I had 3 bites of the squash and zucchini I made the other night and was full and could not eat anymore.....

    Oh, well....

He gave me another metabolic powder of some kind now, as well.

Been running around the last two days like crazy......another long trip again to see this doctor today......and am trying to keep up with everything I need to do here in between....and I am beat.

Oh, and I like summer squash better than zucchini.

and the good news is...I can have eggs once in awhile. I like them scrambled or easy over, so that is good news....and shell fish. He told me to mainly avoid any dairy or gluten altogether....and to avoid other meats...I don't want them, anyway.

My dryer quit years ago, so I pulled the insides out and found that the wire that runs in a circle behind where the clothes go---had parted. I just wrapped each end around the other to complete the circle, put it back together and it's still going.

    Okay.
    I have a story.

I was recently back to see my 94 year old father and got stuck replacing the alternator belt on his 1974 GMC Motorhome.
    upload_2018-7-3_17-40-33.jpeg
I real pain in the rear thing to do.
He bought it about eight years ago and has never really used it so it sits around and and doesn't do much. But he's in love with it.
So anyway, he's finally realizing that he's not going to drive it anywhere and he says to me, last Thursday, "I should donate this thing to a church, I bet they could fix it up and really use it."
And I said, "Sounds like a great idea!"
Then I left and headed back home, 180 miles away.

Now, I just got a call from my brother.
Seems this priest is driving down the road with his brother, who is looking for a backup camera for his pickup truck.
They pull into the RV place that sold my father the GMC and while the brother is getting a camera the priest says to the guy, "You know I really like those old GMC motorhomes, do you happen to know where I could get one?"
And the guy says, "Yeah, about a mile down the road is one you can probably buy."

So long story short, my father is going to donate this thing to the priest who is going to make it into a traveling confessional!
My brother just went out to get a new battery for it.

    Talk about divine intervention!

Thank you so much! I had a feeling it could be just a loose connection or something...and I have been working on clearing out the bathroom down stairs here, so I can pull the drier out and really get back behind it nd take a look before we call anyone.........so I have not done any laundry lately since I talked about this last........but after tomorrow, I am going to tackle the drier....and try to see what is going on....so thank you so much for this information. I appreciate it. :)
