That's not justifying the violent actions at all. Its not even an attempt to justify the motivation. It merely hints at understanding the motivation, as it seems without knowing more details.

That's not a very good approach. Statistics can be manipulated. Misrepresented to shade something a certain way. We typically look to the Bureau of Justice or the UCR that my text was talking about for accurate stats from law.

Well I'm confounded. It doesn't do anything but strengthen the case for better social programming for disadvantaged peoples. I think that there are as you're saying more crimes committed perhaps in those neighborhoods. But it's not anything besides being poor and marginalized that's causing this. There isn't inferiority and I resent the rhetoric that surrounds this issue.

We must be explicit in our explanation so as not to appear apathetic to the real danger of racism. If we simply regurgitate crime statistics we are effectively being racist because of the picture they paint.

Now post the poverty rates for different racial demographics
And then study their history in the US, keep going up until the present day so you get the big picture
Take into account their representation in positions of power in the US and how they've historically and currently been treated by positions of power

Then circle back around to the poverty issue and look into poverty as a whole and how it correlates with crime in ALL racial demographics, including whites

Then put everything you learned together
Then try to find scientific evidence of your genetic theory
Then come back and tell us if you still think it's due simply to genetics
